If you're part of a 55+ community, a church group, a book club, or anywhere a roomful of people are quietly worried about their bones, we'll come and give a 20-minute talk: why walking stops building bone, what the research actually shows, and what can be measured without radiation. We bring everything — you just open the door. Anyone who books after your talk counts as your referral.
Look into hosting a talkThe free month is credited to an active membership once the person you referred has completed three months of membership, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Ten referred members who join within the same calendar month earns twelve months of membership at no charge. The waived $199 account setup fee and the $76 REMS baseline discount apply to people who have not previously been members, and are honored when they join within 60 days of their Discovery Session. Referral credits apply at the center where your membership is held.
