Worth saying plainly
Most fitness benefits get used for a treadmill somebody walks on twice. That isn't what happens here. OsteoStrong is osteogenic loading — brief, supervised, high-intensity loading of the skeleton that a treadmill cannot produce, done once a week in about ten minutes.
What makes it worth your time is that we measure it. You see the force you produced on each device, every session, and you watch that number move. Most members who stay past the first few weeks stay because of the number, not because it was covered.

Your insurance card usually doesn't say. Sign in to your plan's member portal, or check your plan's benefit summary — the fitness benefit is listed under a brand name like Renew Active or Silver&Fit rather than as "gym membership". If you'd rather not dig, fill in the form on this page and we'll check for you.
It covers your standard weekly OsteoStrong session. Additional services — REMS bone density imaging, InBody body composition, PEMF, red light therapy, recovery — are priced separately and always quoted before anything is billed. We would rather tell you that upfront than surprise you at the desk.
No. Renew Active, One Pass, Silver&Fit and Aaptiv are mostly Medicare Advantage benefits, but Active&Fit Direct and some One Pass and ClassPass arrangements come through employer plans at any age.
No — and be careful with anyone who offers to. We are not insurance agents, we don't sell or compare plans, and we receive nothing for steering you anywhere. We'll tell you whether the plan you already have works here, and that's it.
