Active&Fit® at OsteoStrong — common questions

I'm not on Medicare — can I still use a fitness benefit here?+

Quite possibly. Active&Fit Direct is available through many employer plans and membership organisations, and it works at our Limerick center. It's worth five minutes to check your benefits portal.

Does Active&Fit Direct have a monthly fee?+

Some Active&Fit Direct arrangements carry a low monthly fee paid to the program, not to us. That's between you and the program — we don't set it and don't receive it.
