Check your plan's benefit summary, or sign in at silverandfit.com. Your insurance card usually does not mention it by name, so it's worth checking — a lot of members have it and don't know.
They're sibling programs from the same administrator. Silver&Fit is generally the Medicare version and Active&Fit the commercial or employer version. Both work here.
