They are both administered by Optum and both work the same way at our front desk. Which one you have depends on your plan — you don't choose between them. Bring whichever code your plan gives you.
Log in to your One Pass member website; the code is shown on your dashboard. If you can't find it, call the member services number on your insurance card — the One Pass customer service line is for members, and they can retrieve it for you.
Only the enrolled member is covered. If your spouse is on the same plan they'll have their own code. If not, ask us about a guest visit — the first OsteoStrong session is free for anyone regardless of insurance.
Visit allowances are set by your plan, not by us, and commonly run around four check-ins a month. That works out well here: An OsteoStrong session is one supervised, roughly 10-minute visit per week on the Spectrum system — no gym clothes, no sweating, no equipment to figure out on your own.
