Check it yourself

Go straight to the Renew Active site

Start on the Renew Active site, then sign in to your UnitedHealthcare member account — that is where your confirmation code and your plan's gym list live.

Open the Renew Active site

Opens the official Optum, for UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans site in a new tab. We don't run it and can't see your account — only your plan can confirm what you're eligible for.

Or let us do it

We'll check and call you back

Most people can't tell from their card, and the plan sites take a login. Leave your name and number and a coach will confirm whether Renew Active® covers you here — no obligation, and we never ask for your full member ID or Social Security number.

Renew Active® at OsteoStrong — common questions

Is OsteoStrong Limerick a Renew Active location?+

Yes. OsteoStrong Limerick Central, 100 W Ridge Pike, Limerick PA 19468, is a participating location in the Optum fitness network that administers Renew Active. Our Garden State Park center in Lawnside, NJ is in the process of being added.

How do I know if my plan includes Renew Active?+

Sign in to your UnitedHealthcare member account, or call the member services number on the back of your ID card. Your Renew Active confirmation code appears in your member portal. We can walk you through it on the phone if it's easier — call us and we'll stay on the line.

What does the benefit actually cover at OsteoStrong?+

Your standard weekly OsteoStrong session. An OsteoStrong session is one supervised, roughly 10-minute visit per week on the Spectrum system — no gym clothes, no sweating, no equipment to figure out on your own. Add-on services such as REMS bone density imaging, InBody composition scans, PEMF and red light are not part of the fitness benefit and are priced separately — we will always tell you before anything is billed.

Is there a catch? Why is it free?+

There is no catch and no bait-and-switch. Your plan pays us a small participation amount per visit. We are upfront that it does not cover the cost of everything we offer, which is why some services are separate — but the weekly session itself is genuinely included.

Can I keep coming if I switch plans?+

Yes, though the program may change. Several plans in this area include a fitness benefit under a different name — One Pass, Silver&Fit or Active&Fit. Bring us your new card and we'll check which one applies.
