Most people have no idea what their bones are doing. They are told they're "losing density" and handed either a prescription or a shrug. This walks through the risk factors that the fracture literature actually agrees on — and then keeps going, into the things almost no online quiz asks: what you're taking, what you've been diagnosed with, whether you've lost weight fast, how steady you are on stairs, and what anyone has actually told you to do about it. It tells you which of your factors are fixed and which you can change, and gives you a straight answer about whether it's time to do anything.
Plenty of people who finish this get told "not yet". That's a real outcome here, and we'd rather give it to you than sell you something you don't need. Nothing is emailed to you and you don't have to enter anything to see your result.
It is a triage tool. It asks about the risk factors that appear repeatedly in the fracture literature — prior fracture, family history, menopause, steroids, body mass, smoking, alcohol, falls, height loss — and shows you its own arithmetic at the end so you can argue with it.
It is not a diagnosis, not a bone density measurement, and not a 10-year fracture probability. It is not FRAX® — that's a validated clinical calculator from the University of Sheffield, and if you want a real fracture probability, run it on their site or, better, with your physician and an actual scan result in hand. Nothing here replaces your doctor.
