This Privacy Notice explains how Live 4 Today LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates OsteoStrong Limerick Central, OsteoStrong Garden State Park, Boneprint Academy, and Vital Edge Wellness, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, contact us, enroll in a program, use our digital tools and AI assistants, or receive services at our centers (collectively, the “Services”).

Information you provide.
Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from scheduling, CRM, payment, scan-device, and advertising platforms we use, from a referring member if they share your contact details with your permission, and from social platforms when you interact with our pages or ads.
We do not knowingly seek special categories of information such as race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. Health information is sensitive, and we treat it accordingly.
We process your information only where we have a valid basis: to perform our contract with you, with your consent, for our legitimate business interests, or to comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the preceding twelve months. We share it only as follows:
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you opt in through a form on our site, you may receive up to 3 text messages per week including reminders, updates, and offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to 484-653-6471 to opt out or HELP for help. Full SMS terms are in Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message; we may still send transactional messages about an active account.
We use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to keep the site secure and functional, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising, including tailoring ads and abandoned-inquiry reminders. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working. Where these technologies count as a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising under state law, you may opt out as described in Section 10.
Do Not Track. No uniform DNT standard exists, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
Our Services include AI features — such as the Boneprint Academy advisors and story assistants — used for education, coaching support, and insights. Content you enter may be processed by third-party AI providers under contract, and conversation logs may be reviewed internally to improve the tools, celebrate member milestones, and support coaching. Do not enter information you would not want logged. AI output is not medical advice, and we do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Nothing you share is published publicly without your explicit permission.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Where we use Google Maps Platform APIs, Google may estimate location from GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell towers.
OsteoStrong is a wellness facility and is generally not a HIPAA-covered entity, so the health-related information you share with us is protected under this notice and applicable state law rather than HIPAA, unless we tell you a specific service is delivered by a covered health care provider. We limit internal access to health information to staff who need it to serve you.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — generally for the life of your relationship with us plus the period required for tax, accounting, insurance, and limitations purposes (typically up to 7 years), and longer where law requires. Assessment and session records may be retained longer to support long-term trend analysis, unless you ask us to delete them. When there is no ongoing need, we delete or anonymize the information, or isolate it securely if it sits in backups.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, vetted vendors, and staff training. No system is 100% secure, and transmission over the internet is at your own risk. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know whether we process your data, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with significant effects, limit use of sensitive data, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia have specific statutory rights.

We will verify your identity before acting, using only the information needed to do so, and will respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request with written, signed proof of authority.
Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out or processing based on another lawful ground.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond in writing with our reasoning, and if the appeal is denied you may complain to your state attorney general.
California “Shine the Light.” California residents may request once a year, free of charge, information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
In the past twelve months we have collected these categories, for the purposes described in Section 2 and shared as described in Section 3:
We do not knowingly collect information from, or market to, children under 18, and we do not sell such information. Minors may participate in center services only with parental consent, in which case the parent or guardian provides the information. By using the Services you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a participating minor. If we learn we hold information from a child under 18 without that consent, we will deactivate the account and delete the data promptly. Contact us at limerickcentral@osteostrong.me with any concern.
Our sites link to third-party platforms — booking, payment, supplement dispensaries, and vendor stores. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. Review their notices before providing information.
We may update this notice to stay accurate and compliant. The revised version will carry a new “Last updated” date, and we will notify you of material changes by prominent posting or direct message.
This notice applies to all websites, centers, and digital properties operated by Live 4 Today LLC.
