POSITIONING

Ask every member for any current physical issues that may interfere with session safety.

  • • Hands hold bars or seat, in line with clavicle
  • • Elbows relaxed, and at a 120° angle
  • • Shoulders pressed back into chair
  • • Neck relaxed and neutral
  • • Head looking forward at screen
  • • Back flat against the seat
  • • Hips back in the chair
  • • Hips aligned with heels
  • • Knees relaxed, and at 120° or less
  • • Feet hip width apart, parallel on plate
